Our original recipes and fresh flavors are based on the cooking of our founder. Our playground growing up was her grandmother's kitchen where she learned the secrets of authentic cooking that reflects true Mexican flavors. In 1997, she opened the doors to Fonda and began serving authentic Mexican cuisine made fresh from scratch daily. She passed away in 2005 but the foundation she laid is reflected every day in our kitchens through our fresh, flavorful recipes and the enjoyment of our food!
